Numbers of Arab prisoners Israel has released and the dates (November 30^th, 2008)

From the info I have been able to find, the number is higher than the 7,000 estimate some say online. From my calculations, the criminal Israeli leadership (under pressure from 'Elites' in our country) have released 9,471 Arab prisoners since 1983.
